I am a board certified family nurse practitioner and formerly a nurse-midwife and lactation consultant. I have practiced allopathic and alternative medicine for over 14 years. I have provided reproductive care, breastfeeding medicine, pediatrics and prenatal/postpartum care in diverse settings, spanning rural Washington to downtown Seattle, community health clinics to outreach medicine in preschools.
Private practice allows me to work in alignment with my passions. This means listening and reflecting deeply on your family within the context of your home and community. I appreciate taking my time and piecing together a more complete family story. I am especially skilled at attuning to infants, neurodiverse children, and others who lead with nonverbal communication.
I have studied and practiced craniosacral therapy since 2021. I continue to learn from occupational and physical therapists to support infants in healthy movement and development. I have completed training in perinatal mental health and pharmacy and am especially interested in facilitating parent-child attachment during early childhood.

I am designated by the state of Washington as a Center for Excellence in autism assessment and diagnosis. I am trained to use a variety of assessment tools but I primarily use qualitative interviewing and natural setting observations for autism diagnoses. I am an ongoing participant in the University of Washington’s ECHO group for autism in primary care.
My clinical perspective is informed by personal experiences with fertility and breastfeeding challenges, and learning to befriend my own neurodiverse body and mind while coparenting neurodiverse children in a blended, gender-diverse family. Read more about my experience.
